Enseignes MS inc. ("we") is committed to protecting the personal information you entrust to us. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we protect it, and what rights you have under Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25.

Person responsible for personal information

What we collect

We collect only what you voluntarily provide through our quote form, by email or by phone:

• your name and, where applicable, your company name;
• your email address and phone number;
• project details (sign type, lead time, quantity, dimensions, description, installation site);
• any other information you choose to share with us.

We do not collect sensitive information, and we never request banking or credit card details through this website.

Why we use it

This information is used solely to:

• respond to your quote request with a price and a lead time;
• communicate with you about your project;
• produce, fabricate and deliver your order, where applicable.

We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing, and we never sell, rent or trade it to anyone.

Third-party form processing

Quote form submissions are delivered through Web3Forms, which forwards the form contents to our mailbox. This provider acts only as a transmission intermediary. Processing may occur on servers located outside Quebec; by submitting the form, you consent to that communication outside Quebec. You can avoid this processing entirely by emailing us directly at info@enseignesms.com or by calling us.

Cookies and website statistics

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless tool that collects no information capable of identifying you and does not track you across sites.

Retention

We keep quote requests as long as necessary for commercial follow-up and for applicable legal and tax obligations, then securely destroy them. As a guideline, requests with no follow-up are kept for no longer than 24 months.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to submitted requests is limited to the people in the company who need it to do their work.

Your rights

Under Quebec law, you have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• have it corrected if it is inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous;
• request its deletion where keeping it is no longer justified;
• withdraw your consent to its use;
• receive, on request, the information you provided in a structured, commonly used technological format (portability).

To exercise any of these rights, write to the person listed above. We respond within 30 days at most.

Complaints

If you are unsatisfied with how we handled your request, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Changes

We may update this policy. The revision date appears at the top of this page.
