Third-party form processing

Quote form submissions are delivered through Web3Forms, which forwards the form contents to our mailbox. This provider acts only as a transmission intermediary. Processing may occur on servers located outside Quebec; by submitting the form, you consent to that communication outside Quebec. You can avoid this processing entirely by emailing us directly at info@enseignesms.com or by calling us.

Cookies and website statistics

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless tool that collects no information capable of identifying you and does not track you across sites.

Retention

We keep quote requests as long as necessary for commercial follow-up and for applicable legal and tax obligations, then securely destroy them. As a guideline, requests with no follow-up are kept for no longer than 24 months.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to submitted requests is limited to the people in the company who need it to do their work.
